Set in feudal Japan during the late 16th century, the story follows the rise and fall of Hideyoshi, a man consumed by his hunger for power and the tragic consequences that ensue.

- Ashigaru: The Last Shogun

During the Sengoku period amid the civil war, the powerful Daimyos struggled for power and the conquest of the imperial capital.

- Taishogun: The Rise of Emperor

In Heian-jidai's 12th century, many internal tensions occurred with the increasing power of the war lord's clans.
