Several characters were recast including Hakuryu as the chief director of the Omi Takashima Alliance Ryo Takashima, Houka Kinoshita as the section chief for department of public safety of Tokyo Metropolitan Police Wataru Kurahashi, Yuichi Kimura as the section chief for organized crime department of the Osakan Police Tsutomo Bessho, and Susumu Terajima as the detective for division 2 for department of public safety of Tokyo Metropolitan Police Jiro Kawara. Not just only their voices, also resemble faces-like created by 3DCG of characters are on stage. Recast characters perform men's passionate drama.

"New Clan Creator" location in Kamuro-Cho, Tokyo. Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima protect construction facilities from a corrupt real estate corporation to plunder the Hills construction project. The five legendary wrestlers Keiji Mutoh, Masahiro Chono, Tatsumi Fujinami, Genichiro Tenryu, and Riki Choshu will appear as foreign enemies that attack Majima Construction.
“New Nightlife Island” location in Sotenbori, Osaka. The setting is the “Cabaret Club Grand Prix,” a competition to decide the number one cabaret club in the country, where you can enjoy grand-scale “Cabaret Club Business Battles”.
