The Fallout 4 Season Pass grants access to new add-ons upon their release:

Hunt down evil robots and use their parts to build custom robot companions in Automatron, due March 2016.
Design and set cages to capture live creatures in the Wasteland Workshop, due April 2016.
Then in May 2016 expand your single player story by adventuring to the mysterious island of Far Harbor - the biggest DLC landmass ever created by award-winning developers Bethesda Game Studios.
