Description

This will allow you to add Rufus to your party for use in battle. Using his whip as a weapon, he'll join in Meruru's adventure. How to recruit: After 3 years, 4 months, and 1 day, go to the Study with Rorona in your party to initiate an event. Then talk to Rufus and select 'Recruit.' Note: The event may not occur if you have not completed development of Handel Forest and Hart Outpost.
