Description

The third DLC pack adds a Hero Creation mode.
The Hero Creation mode lets you play the game with a new character and see an alternate Operation Tokyo story unfold.
Story
In the year 2097, the efforts of a resistance organization and one lone hero successfully took back Tokyo from RAGE.
Afterwards, the hero split from the organization. To make up for this loss, they turned their efforts towards training new heroes.
However, the organization was unable to produce satisfying results via typical training methods, and so started looking into coercive, inhumane methods.
The player character is a subject of the hero creation project, and is set to experience a different kind of Operation Tokyo.
